Welcome to my corner of the internet! I’m a 30 year old wedding photographer with over 11 years experience and captured over 250 weddings in 10 different states! I’m super passionate about Idaho elopements and wedding. The Pacific Northwest has so much beauty to offer. It’s one of the best places to celebrate your love alongside nature. I’m not bound to just Idaho, though! I’ve traveled across the country to capture love stories.

Mac Daddy Creative stems from my appreciation of the mountains and nature mixed with love. My editing style is very true to color and my goal is to enhance the beauty that already exists in the image. I find inspiration in the love of my couples, their story, details of their day, and the beauty that surrounds a wedding. Every wedding day and couple are unique and so are their images.

My business embodies everything I love about couples and weddings: adventure, love, and authenticity. I believe that intimate, raw, and genuine moments reflect who you are as a couple in the best way. Real laughs, smiles, tears, and embraces. Based on reviews, I’m notoriously known for “killing it” by my couples who say I’d still be their first phone call if they had to do it all over again. Not only do I know what I’m doing, but I’m stoked to be celebrating you! I pride myself on being a mostly unposed photographer. I let your relationship and the scenery do the work. I value my documentary style of capturing genuine joy.

I don’t just like my job, I LOVE it. When your wedding day rolls around, you’re going to need someone by your side who you can trust to document all those important moments. Whether you’ve been planning for months or decided last week you’re eloping, this day is special and I’ll be there to make sure you remember it the way you envisioned.

Mac is so laid back & relatable that they made us feel more comfortable during our session. And then we got our photos back and we were SO STOKED! Honestly, could not be happier! Not only is Mac an extremely talented photographer, they are a great person! Getting married is stressful, even simple elopements than add COVID. Macarah went above responsibilities of a photographer to minimize the stress including scouting locations, creating a timeline, and posing the ceremony. And then of course there was the insanely beautiful photographs! They seamlessly blended into the most intimate and personal moment of our lives. We spent days (probably weeks) interviewing photographers. Our advice is, if they are open the week of your wedding, BOOK them (or arrange your wedding date accordingly)! Thanks Mac!

Booking Process

STEP 1: INQUIRE + SCHEDULING

Fill out the contact form below! I’ll email you back within 72 hours to set up your phone consultation.

STEP 2: PHONE CONSULTATION + PROPOSAL

We’ll chat for about 10 minutes to get to know each other better as well as talking about your wedding timeline + details. After, we’ll send over a proposal with pricing + package info based on your exact needs for your day! Fill out the quick questionnaire + select which package you’d like to book.

STEP 3: CONTRACT + INVOICE

Once you fill out the proposal, I’ll send over an invoice for your retainer (typically 50%) and a contract, which just needs your e-signatures.

STEP 4: WHAT TO WEAR + PLANNING FOR ENGAGEMENT SESSION

We’ll select your engagement session location + talk about what y’all want to do for photos. I’ll help you coordinate your outfits + styling!

STEP 5: ENGAGEMENT SESSION!

We hang out for a couple hours and take photos! Like a regular date, but with me taking photos of y’all.

STEP 6: SESSION GALLERY DELIVERY

After your session, I’ll start editing and get your full online downloadable gallery over within 30 days!

STEP 7: WEDDING DAY PHOTO + VENDOR QUESTIONNAIRE

Fill out a quick questionnaire with final details about your day including: group + family photo lists, your vendors, your timeline.

STEP 8: GET MARRIED + DO THE THING!

After all the planning, it’s time to finally just get married + enjoy yourselves! I’ll be there to capture it all so you can remember all the special moments + details.

STEP 9: SNEAK PEEK + GALLERY DELIVERY

24-48 hours after your wedding, I’ll send over a sneak peek gallery! I’ll get to work on editing and will have your full wedding gallery ready in 1-2 months (90 day maximum).
